FRIDAY's 12 - 1 PM (EST) COACHING WITH PATRICIA ODONE
Hi, I'm Patricia Odone. My health and life dramatically improved when I replaced carbs and processed foods with a Ketogenic diet back in 2010. My passion is working with women who would also love to optimize their health with a Low-Carb/High-Fat Diet.
I meet with group members each month to discuss a wide variety of keto lifestyle topics including: tips for getting started, how to break sugar/carb addiction, ways to optimize health, levers for weight-loss (including fat-fasts and macros), understanding hunger cues, and dealing with holidays and social events as a Keto woman. Every month of coaching covers different topics, but the groups are always here to offer support and accountability through a warm and accepting community of women that pull for one another. You will also have access to support materials for download.
It is not a requirement that someone be totally ketogenic to join the group. We will certainly focus on a high-fat and moderate-protein-based diet, but you are absolutely welcome here regardless of your current diet. All versions of the Ketogenic Diet are accepted here, as long as we're all doing what works best for our own health.
šš»šš»šš» I will host four one-hour Zoom meetings with the group from 12 to 1:00 PM (EST) on Fridays in (MONTH):June: (DATES)
Each session will be recorded and shared with the group members in case you weren't able to attend or would like to watch it again for review. (I will never share the recordings with anyone outside of the group.)
There will also be a private Facebook group for only these members, so that we can keep in touch with one another during the week. Members will be invited (though not required) to post updates and meals throughout the week. This Facebook group will never be deleted, even after the month ends. Members will be encouraged to stay in touch even after the month is over, and I will continue to check in and reply to posts there. However, a Facebook account is not required to join this group and participate in the Zoom meetings.
I will not be giving medical advice since I'm not a doctor. I lived Ketogenics for 15 years and switched to Carnivore in December 2024 on my own personal health journey. I am trained as a Health and Weight Loss Coach and have worked with women across the globe for 15 years. This training and my own experience have allowed me to help many women successfully break carb addiction and have positive results from a Ketogenic Diet.
Participants should have a phone or device that allows them to click a Zoom link and participate in video chats. Most phones, laptops, or tablets will be just fine. The technology aspect is relatively easy as long as you include the email address that you would like me to use to contact you about getting started. Thank you!
